Audiobooks galore!

I’m happy to announce that today three of my novels and two novellas were released with Audible worldwide (Burning Fields was released last November). It’s super exciting to have my books in audio form and it’s a very different experience to reading them. I’m super happy to announce I signed a four book and two novella deal with Audible and the first audio book has been released today worldwide!

The first audio book released is BURNING FIELDS with the rest to follow shortly. I’ve recently found a love for audio books and I hope you enjoy them just as much as I do!

Capricorn Coast Writers Festival

With a little over four weeks until The Cinema at Starlight Creek hits the shelves in Australia and New Zealand (it will be released as The Cinema of Lost Dreams in November throughout the rest of the world), I’m gearing up for lots of events that will have me travelling Australia far and wide in the months of May, June and July. I’ll be posting a calendar with all the events shortly, but for now I want to announce my first event which will be appearing at the Capricorn Coast Writers Festival in Yeppoon, Queensland. 

I’m really excited about this festival as it’s the inaugural one and I know the organisers have been working so very hard to make this happen. It is so wonderful to see the passion and care they have put into this event and I hope that if you are in the vicinity of Rockhampton and Yeppoon that you can come along and support this festival.

I’ll be running a workshop on Creating Memorable Characters and also doing a breakfast panel about the state of the publishing industry. I’m really looking forward to these and also attending other sessions presented by some of Australia’s most talented and loved authors.

Better Reading Top 100 List

Better Reading is a wonderful website that gives readers opportunities to learn more about authors and new releases. It’s a great place to hang out with other readers and chat about books you love. Every year they do a Top 100 books list where readers can vote for their favourite book. It doesn’t need to have been published in 2018 so these lists often have classics on them like Tolkien and Jane Austen. However, this year seems to have a huge amount of Aussie authors, which is absolutely fantastic to see!

I’m super pleased to tell you that Burning Fields came in at #13 and, to be honest, I’m still in shock! I’d like to extend a million thank you’s to those of you who voted for Burning Fields or have told other people about my books or taken the time to read them. I greatly appreciate your support and can’t thank you enough!

The Top 100 books will be in a special section of all Big W stores throughout the year. So very cool and it’s lovely to see Burning Fields getting an extended shelf life!

Burning Fields cover reveal!

I have been anticipating this day! I am so very pleased to finally reveal the most gorgeous cover for my upcoming June release, Burning Fields. This is the Australian and New Zealand cover with my wonderful publisher, Harlequin MIRA and it is now available for pre-order (links below). Here’s a little more about the story:

New covers never get old

Today I’m super excited to reveal the Serbian cover of Luna Tango (Australian/NZ edition) which is also called Midnight Serenade (USA/Canada/UK edition). I love how the publishers in the different territories I’m published in put their own spin on covers and titles – it’s always a surprise to see what they come up with!

Upcoming events

It’s July already! How on earth did that happen? I hope you are doing super well and managing to stay warm if you’re in the Southern Hemisphere and if you’re in the Northern Hemisphere, I hope you are managing to stay cool!

With the release of Beneath the Parisian Skies in Australia and New Zealand (international edition will be released next week – stay tuned!), there’s been a flurry of activity with interviews, book signings and events. More keep getting added to the schedule (which is fantastic!) and this week I’ll be officially starting my nationwide book tour.
